Meet Our Founder & Executive Director

Mrs. Nadie Mondestin

Mrs. Nadie Mondestin is the founder and Executive Director of HYCCF — the driving force behind the organization's establishment and growth. With a vision to create a welcoming and empowering space for Haitian American families in South Florida, she built HYCCF from the ground up into a multi-location, nationally recognized nonprofit serving hundreds of children and families. Her leadership is rooted in community, shaped by compassion, and guided by an unwavering belief that every family deserves access to quality care and real opportunity.

Under her leadership, HYCCF has successfully engaged over 5,000 people through community outreach and has developed programs that address education, employment, and community placement — touching lives at every stage of growth.

Stronger Together: Our Community Partnerships

HYCCF has successfully engaged over 2,000 people through community outreach and collaboration with other prominent organizations that serve Haitian children and their families in Miami.

HYCCF collaborates with local, state, and national organizations to address education and employment, and community placement. These partnerships extend the reach of every program, connecting families to a broader network of support services — including information and referral, advocacy, and legal referral — so that no family navigates their challenges alone.
